Refrigerators

Refrigerators cannot be disposed of in D-Bags because the refrigerant they contain is toxic.

Hot water tanks can not be allowed to be disposed of in D-bags because their void space can collect harmful gases inside landfills.

Tires

Tires can damage landfill structures and equipment, and complete tires also start to float to the top of the landfill as methane gas builds up inside the tire's inner wall. Hence, they can not be put in a D-Bag.

Adhesives such as glue or epoxy can bind other materials to the interior of the D-Bag. Hence, they should not be disposed of in them.

Chemical cleaners or solvents can not be put in D-Bags and should be disposed of in another manner.

Ink and Resin can leak and stain the D-Bags, which is why they cannot be disposed of in them.

Oils, Fuels and Propane Tanks

Disposing of propane tanks, fuels, oils, and other flammable materials in a D-Bag is strictly prohibited and is a serious safety hazard.

Railroad Ties

Many railroad ties are treated with harmful wood preservatives, which is why they cannot be put into a D-Bag.

Asbestos

Asbestos is a flame retardant and is considered a carcinogen. Hence, it is not allowed to dispose of them in D-Bags.

As Industrial drums contain potentially dangerous byproducts of industrial processes, it is not permissible to dispose of them in D-Bags.
